This Fun Freediving Week is the perfect combination of breath and ocean for experienced freedivers looking for fun rather than depth. Explore meditation techniques to improve relaxation, reduce stress, increase focus and concentration, and understand yourself better. Then jump in the ocean to use these techniques in your diving. We will explore some of the local reefs, including some fun swim-throughs, as well as training on a buoy and rope, and not one but two safaris - one a boat into the Red Sea one day, and into the desert on another.
