In order to join the Magical Encounters : Dolphins and You retreat week, you will need to arrange your flights so as to arrive at the Sea Soul NOT BEFORE 8pm on 7th September, and we will all leave the boat at 10am on 14th. The main transfer will be leaving Marsa Alam airport around 19:00/19:30. We will direct you to flights that other guests have already booked on, to organise transfers from Hurghada and Marsa Alam - please read our research below and contact us before booking.

Transfers will be arranged to bring you to the boat, but you should be aware of the fact that the boat will be out at sea from early on Sunday 8th until the morning of Saturday 14th and therefore please note transfer times when booking flights in order to ensure you flight arrives in time, and does not depart too early.

MARSA ALAM FLIGHTS
Marsa Alam is a two-hour drive from Hamata Port, where we will be meeting the Sea Soul at or after 8pm on 7th September
- your flight should arrive at or before the afternoon/early evening of 7th September (our Brussels flight arrives 18:30)
- your flight should depart at or after late afternoon/evening on 14th September (transfers will leave the boat 10:00)

HURGHADA FLIGHTS
Hurghada is a six-eight-hour drive from Hamata Port, where we will be meeting the Sea Soul at or after 8pm on 7th September
- your flight should arrive at or before midday/early afternoon of 7th September
- your flight should depart at or after afternoon/early evening on 14th September

If you need to arrive a few hours, or even a day or two before these the boat arrival, and/or leave a few hours, or even a day or two after our group departure, we recommend a few hotels below where you can stay for a few hours, or a night or two.

Airport transfers are included. Once you have booked your flights, please send us your e-ticket so that we can organise your transfers, either privately or with other guests.
