This has been one hell of a heart-breaking year. We have all suffered - loss of freedom, loss of health, loss of income, loss of loved ones, loss of peace of mind…. And the uncertainty looks set to continue…
I want to offer you a small gift of guidance, connection and motivation to support you. I want to help you find your way back to an inner wisdom that has always been there for you. I want to help you reconnect to your own innate capacity for resilience, immunity and happiness.
Almost a year ago I went on a new kind of deep dive - into the world of Ayurvedic lifestyle. It’s been amazing and looking back I can see two key aspects of my journey have helped me stay positive, engaged and calm:
Community and Challenge
I joined a global online community that gave me direction and challenge.
The challenge was to deepen my resilience, improve my health, connect with my inner calm and expand my capacity to deal with uncertainty through making step by step changes to my daily lifestyle - focusing consciously on the things that I could control.
The community inspired me, kept me accountable and carried me in moments when I found things overwhelming or confusing. I’ve flourished within a group of like-minded people, all walking the same path.

What is serenity courage & wisdom?
Serenity Courage & Wisdom is a fun and informal online journey that I invite you to take with me over the next few weeks. It is a process to guide you back towards the potential strength, calm and resilience you can cultivate in your inner world, particularly when you cannot control the outer world.
The three steps are grounded in the most ancient healing system in the world - Ayurveda. They guide us into the sacred energy of the beautiful Serenity Prayer, which as held me so often over the past year, when I felt lost, helpless or frightened.
What will we do?
Starting with what we can change, we will take the three most important aspects of our daily lifestyle - nutrition, sleep and meditation - and dive into a deep understanding of how living in harmony with the rhythm of nature enables the wisdom of our body and mind to flourish once more.
We will acknowledge the Buddhist principle of cause and effect - everything that each of us has done, or hasn’t done up to this moment, particularly the day on day, year on year daily habits, has had an impact on our being - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. We take responsibility and ownership for our current health and happiness.
We also acknowledge that with even the tiniest changes back towards balance, cause and effect begins to create cumulative changes that benefit our health and happiness. We begin to feel the effects of the smallest consistent changes in a very short period of time.
We look at where we are, and we learn the modern scientific principles of winding our habits back towards the optimal. By closing the gap day by day, week by week, the incremental benefits increase, we gain more energy, more momentum and more motivation to keep going.
But we start with the tiniest steps possible. Together.
What will we learn?
I will guide you through some of the most important principles of Ayurvedic health wisdom - and how taking control of these three simple aspects, you can harness the inner wisdom of your body and thrive. Together we will learn:
The Doshic Clock
- how our bodies are attuned to the deeper rhythm of nature, and WHEN we eat is more important than WHAT we eat
- how to wind down, to maximise our sleep QUALITY as well as QUANTITY
- how to get things moving in the morning, through activating effective elimination and LETTING GO
Agni and Ama
- the two key principles behind your digestive health and how they impact all other aspects of your health
- how to optimise digestion to build strength and immunity
- how to reduce and prevent chronic inflammation, autoimmune illness, obesity and stress-related conditions
Ojas
- what is Ojas and why is it the holy grail in terms of Ayurvedic lifestyle wisdom
- how to optimise the three body systems that constitute strong Ojas
- how to prevent degradation and depletion of Ojas through restoring inner balance
How does Serenity courage & wisdom work?
It’s a super simple three-week programme held over Zoom, with an exclusive Facebook Community Forum to contain our work, and for us to meet up in between.
Weekly Zoom meetings 6-7pm Sundays CET : tune in for a chat to learn about the focus for the next week, including a meditation and/or breathwork, theory, sharing and Q&A
Emails to guide and inspire you : additional inspiration, reading, watching and tips on how to stay on track, as well as links to our weekly calls
Community Forum : share how you’re getting on, what’s working for you, what you’re struggling with, your big and small wins, your fears and resistances, inspiration you’ve found, and any challenges or celebrations we need to know about
Accountability partner : I will encourage you to hook up with someone within the programme, via our exclusive Facebook Community. This will really help you navigate your way through the three weeks and stay on track
Worksheets and recordings : I’ll provide you with worksheets, and recordings of the calls in case you want to go back and watch again
And that’s about it. Just show up at the calls, make the smallest possible change you can each week, and begin to feel the benefits build.

You may know me already - yoga and meditation teacher, freediver, transformational coach and founder of Discover Your Depths. What you might not know is how passionate I am about growth - my own and that of everyone I work with.
Serenity Courage & Wisdom is designed to give you a glimpse of what might actually be possible for you - now and in the future. Within each of us lies an untapped well of innate wisdom - an ability to self-heal, to self-calm and self-direct. It’s time to stop looking outside of ourselves for solutions and answers, and get in touch with what is already there.
By starting to get your eating, sleeping and morning patterns aligned to their natural rhythm, you tap into a source of energy that has always been there. When you stop pushing against nature within you, you allow it to flourish and take care of you.
It is this principle I discovered while on my deepest dives - when I surrendered to the ocean and the innate wisdom of my body, the dives unfolded effortlessly. I stopped trying to force or feel responsible for my dives, I began to allow them to happen. And when I did that, they became easier, deeper and more joyful than anything I’ve ever experienced.
