What I've learned...
Hi again,
Thank you to all of you who replied to my last Muse telling me how you've been doing over the past year. I was touched by how we've all struggled, and I loved reading your stories of resilience, courage and creativity to find ways through these challenging times.
My strategies to stay positive and calm have been:
1) focus on what I'm able to change or control
2) connection with others and the power of community
As I mentioned last time, I've been retraining within a really powerful global community of like-minded people.
It's not just the weekly calls, or the incredible guidance and wisdom of my teachers, or the inspiration of learning something new, it is the support structure it provides.
If I'm feeling low, I know I can reach out to receive support, compassion and simply be heard.
If I'm struggling, I'll receive inspiration, guidance and motivation to keep on, or find new ways of moving ahead.
If I feel I'm failing, there is deep listening and authentic feedback to help me see things clearly, including getting out of my self-pity or self-sabotage and back on track.
Community has held me accountable to my goals, in integrity with my values and connected with something greater than myself.
And having shared goals, something to work towards together, to support and be supported, and celebrate wins big and small... This has made a HUGE difference to how I've felt this year.
So I want to invite you to join me in a short, fun and powerful Community Challenge.
It is designed to put you back in control of your life (at least the aspects that you're able to control). It will boost your immunity and resilience, start your journey back towards feeling deeply rested and fully energised, and introduce you to the power of community.
If you're curious to know more, just click on this little chap below. There's no obligation to join, but there is a whole lot of fun, motivation and learning that awaits.
I'll be sending out some information about it each day this week before we kick off on Sunday.
You do as much or as little as you want. You invest yourself as fully as you feel. And you dive as deep as you dare.
Whether you choose to join us or not, I hope you have a strong community to stay connected, grounded and uplifted. And I hope you'll stay tuned for more musing next week...
And lots of love, as always,
Sara
